The Senior Executive Model
The Senior Executive Model fosters relationships between new hires, experienced executives, and everyone in between.
A report issued by the Department of Labor Taskforce on the Aging of the American Workforce found that workers between the ages of 25 and 34 receive an average of 37 hours of training per year, while those over the age of 55 receive only 9.
We are also seeing a lot of press that depicts a strain in the relationships between the seasoned workforce and incoming professionals (Baby Boomers & Millennials). Many companies are being told to utilize “reverse mentoring,” asking younger employees to train others much higher on the org chart and boasting more years in the industry. This can get cumbersome and create more strain than improvement.
TDJ University will step in where there is an obvious decline in the learning investment! Creating small class sizes or 1on1 learning opportunities for our wiser executives will increase these relevant skill sets at their own pace, as it also improves confidence, connection, and workplace culture.

Incoming Professional Model
Organizations can not be successful on the back of new ideas alone. Learning from the tested knowledge of others and building upon best practices can create a strong bond with intergenerational staff and get teams to their win faster. It's important to identify opportunities for Incoming Professionals to connect with teams that function in line with modern workplace ideals.
Millennials surpassed Baby Boomers as the nation’s largest living adult generation, according to population estimates from the U.S. Census Bureau.
As of July 1, 2019 (the latest date for which population estimates are available), Millennials numbered 72.1 million, and Baby Boomers numbered 71.6 million. Generation X numbered 65.2 million and is projected to pass the Baby Boomers in population by 2028.
TDJ University understands the importance of our incoming professionals embracing intergenerational practices! Offering sessions that focus on soft skills aids in creating a self-awareness that makes it much easier to offer fresh perspectives and embrace legacy ideas.
